Bethany – Hygienist
Hi, my name is Beth, and I’m super excited to join Dr. Rawcliffe and his amazing team! I was born and raised in San Diego, California and moved to Round Rock, Texas in 2011. My career in dentistry started in 1995 as a Registered Dental Assistant. Although I thoroughly enjoyed my years as a dental assistant, my passion was always to become a Registered Dental Hygienist.
In 2004, I graduated dental hygiene school at Southwestern College in California and I’ve been a dental hygienist ever since. As a dental hygienist, I have always focused on developing and establishing a trusting, positive relationship with the patients. I look forward to meeting all of the existing and new patients at Prairie Star Dental!
Nikki – Hygienist
Born and raised in Indiana, Nikki moved to Austin, TX in 2018 with her husband to begin a new adventure. She has been in the dental field since 2011, starting her career as a dental assistant. It wasn’t long before she discovered her true passion—dental hygiene. Nikki graduated from hygiene school in 2017 and has been dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy smiles ever since.
Nikki is known for her gentle, thorough care and her ability to make patients feel relaxed and at ease. She truly enjoys building connections with those she treats and takes pride in creating a comfortable, welcoming environment for every visit.
Outside of the office, Nikki enjoys baking, going on walks with her dogs, spending quality time with her husband and daughter, and traveling whenever she can.
She looks forward to meeting you and helping you feel confident about your dental health!
Rachal – Hygienist
Rachal has been dedicated to transforming smiles for over 16 years. After earning her degree in Dental Hygiene from ACC, she developed a strong passion for preventive care and patient education. She is known for her gentle, thorough touch and her ability to help patients with dental anxiety feel completely at ease during their visits.
When she’s not cleaning teeth or sharing helpful flossing tips, Rachal enjoys reading, working in her yard, and spending quality time with her family. We are thrilled to have her on our team and cannot wait for you to meet her!
Blanca – Dental Assistant
In 2020 I became a patient of Dr. Rawcliffe shortly after moving to Texas. I am now fortunate to have joined an amazing practice. Dr. Rawcliffe’s staff all work so well together to provide excellent dental care.
I have been a Registered Dental Assistant for 30 years and have experience in general dentistry, oral surgery, orthodontics, IV, and conscious sedation. I enjoy getting to know our patients and helping them feel comfortable and provide the most positive experience possible.
In my free time, I enjoy gardening, jogging, spending time with my family, my cats, and our new puppy Jazmine.
Noemi – Dental Assistant
Hi, my name is Noemi, I recently graduated from dental assisting school, and I am very lucky to have joined this great office. I was born and raised in Texas and still love it here.
In my free time, I enjoy watching movies with my family and going on walks and runs with our new dog. I’m very excited to get to know each and every patient and meet their dental needs.
Javon – Office Administrator
I began my dental career 20 years ago. I started out at the Front Desk and worked my way to management. I love interacting with patients and helping the best way I can. People enjoy my bubbly personality and ability to relate to their needs. I love to travel, spend time with my family, and do weddings in my spare time.
Shari – Front Desk
Hi, I’m Shari! I’m excited to be the newest member of the team. I’m Austin born and raised, and I’ve spent the last two and a half years in the dental field, which has become something I truly enjoy. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me drawing, getting lost in a good book, or snapping photos of the little moments in nature that most people miss. I’m looking forward to growing here and getting to know everyone!
